indoor range fined in Louisville

Its a gun range for heavens sake! This will probably put these guys out of business

That's one of the reasons there are no gun ranges in my town.

Indoor ranges are expensive in large part to the filtration system required to keep shooters safe from the lead in the air. It sounds like the owners here didn't respond to prior warnings about the inadequate filtration system whether it's too small to do the required job or if they just failed to keep it in proper working order. Either way the customers are the ones who are the losers. The owners had the chance to fix the problems before they were fined and it seems that they choose not to do it.
I wonder if lawsuits will from customers will follow.
